We will accept returns provided it meets the following criteria:
(i) You did not order the item in question.
(ii) The item defected
- To receive the refund/replacement claim, you must report the disputed item within 24 hours and send the item to us within 3 working days in its original packing. Any claims not meeting the above criteria will not be engaged.
You have the right to claim a Replacement/Refund policy for the defected item(s). If you choose to replace an item, we will deliver it to you free of charge. We will refund cash within 15-30 days if you choose to refund an item.
